Rhode Island Red wing issue

I got home from school today and went to check on my chickens and one of them wouldn't let me look at her wing. I finally got to look at it and I saw about 5 darker spots near the last joint in the wing. On her other wing there were no spots at all. I'm a little bit worried about this. Please help
