Sneezing

It is only normal in winter if they don't have sufficient ventilation.
No offense but antibiotics without knowing what the sneezing is from? Besides bacteria, it could be viral, fungal, protozoal, environmental or nutritional.

I agree that it could be many things, but antibiotics won't do any harm and can fend off secondary infections. Maybe adding vitamin / electrolytes in their water may help to boost their immune system.

It's true that antibiotics can fend off secondary infection and often are prescribed for such.
But antibiotics do harm. If not used to treat a specific bacterium and used properly, they contribute to the proliferation of antibiotic resistant bacteria.
Many of the antibiotics used for poultry are similar or identical to those used for human infections.
The Centers for Disease Control estimates that more than 2 million people in America become ill with drug-resistant infections every year.
A review of salmonella cases found that two-thirds of the bacteria were resistant to at least one antibiotic, and half of these pathogens were resistant to drugs in at least three different classes of antibiotics.
After one week of giving chickens tetracycline, the chickens' intestinal bacteria was almost entirely tetracycline resistant.
