HI guys, this morning i went to feed our chickens and i noticed that one of them was standing in one spot kind of holding her mouth open without closing it and her neck stretched out. She is also in mid molt, even though it is october. she has a bit of clear discharge from her nose and is shivering a lot. other wise she is normal. i was wondering if it might be slight pneumonia?? i put her in the coop with a heat pad right away.

these are the facts:

-type of chicken: bantam barred plymouth rock hen

-there are three other birds in the flock

-they sleep in a coop

-she sleeps isolated in the egg box part  of the coop, away from the other chickens

-she seems to be very light weight recently, even for a bantam

- she and the other rock have stopped laying for the season

If anyone can help that would be appreciated.
