Doses for duramycin and tylan

Hi I was just wondering what the doses for duramycin for a chicken were. She's maybe a year old of that. I'm new to all this so I have no clue how to give it to her or in what amount any help would be awesome thanks!

If there are no dosage directions on the meds, then i would suggest you visit their website or ask at the place of meds purchase.
