Thinking roos?

I got a variety of heavys. So i dont know what breed thinking these two are roos tjoughts on breed and gender? They are bigger more upright have upright tail feathers

The black one definitely looks like a roo, and the red birds look kinda like red star but with their feathers still coming in it makes it hard.
 
They are burning through food so fast. I got a lot of 15 and one exotic. would really be nice to wean out a few of the roo's....lol so far I am thinking out of the 16 I have 7 hens. which would be great. But its really hard to get pictures of them!
 
yes they are 4 weeks since I got them on wed they were newly hatched and shipped this is the info they give
