Something different to do with eggs.

Make, or take leftover spaghetti sauce (you can even cheat with store bought.

Place sauce in pan. Bring sauce to just boiling, turn heat to low.

Crack eggs and drop them out of their shells gently into sauce as if you were poaching. Cook until desired doneness. I like mine hard.

Remove from pan with a generous amount of sauce. Top with parmesan, or mozzarella.

 

EAT!

That sounds pretty good!  will have to try that some time.
