10 weeks old chickens randomly eating feathers

Tiberius and his harem of 8 (all brown Leghorns) were looking good and then they all started losing feathers (at about 10 weeks). They are now almost 11weeks... So, how long does this molt last? Will it be the last one until next year? They are getting so big! Absolutely love hanging out with them... Tiberius likes to jump on my forearm and look at me... He's pretty cool for a Roo.
They will go through several juvenile molts until the age of about 20-24 weeks, when they finally have their adult plumage.
How come NFC knows I eat potato chips and candy??? Okay who told her???
