White eggs are pure white and are always white, cream or tinted are slightly more beige and can vary in shade more from day to day.

An olive egger is a mixed breed that's supposed to lay olive coloured eggs. Eg. someone might breed an ameraucana that lays blue eggs to a Marans cockerel that has the genes for dark brown eggs. The chicks would be olive eggers because they had the genes for blue egg shells and a dark brown coating.

Easter Eggers are mixed breeds that are supposed to lay blue or green eggs but sometimes lay brown.

Pink egg layers are rare but it can happen. Salmon Faverolles sometimes lay pinkish eggs, and Easter eggers can.
