Don't forget pumpkin ia a great natural wormer for chickens. Take that jack o lantern and toss it to them when you are done with (though make sure there's no wax spilled from your candles).

What other holiday goodies do you 'repurpose' for the flock?
 
I gave them the guts of my pumpkin as well! Also my chickies really like squash if you break it open for them they'll attack the seeds like there's no tomorrow. Ha!
 
In the summer I give watermelon rind to my girls. Also cantaloupe and honeydew bowls after removing the center flesh, The seeds also included. Not sure what it does, but there is no harm as result. I always gave pumpkins to chickens after Halloween, but was not aware what the benefit was. I assumed just the vegetable food value.
