Does she sneeze at all? Is there any diarrhea or blood in her droppings that may be a sign of coccidiosis? Usually when they stand around hunched or puffed up, coccidiosis should be considered at that age. An underlying chronic cocci infection can stunt the growth. I would probably first treat her with a 5 day round of Corid (amprollium) in her water. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid Corid, or 1.5 tsp of the powdder, per gallon of water changed daily. Then give her vitamins and plain yogurt or probiotics with her food and water for several days. Then, I would worm every chicken with Valbazen 1/2 ml given orally, and repeated in 10 days. SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer is also a good one.

No sneezing or anything with her poop as far as I can tell she got more lively tonight the others not the young but older chics peck at her and the other young ones but she ate and drank a little she does stand around puffed up and chirps alot I jeep her with another egger I got her with so she doesn't get lonely and sees another eating and drinking but I'm worried about what you have said and appreciate it immensely any other symptoms I should look for in not use to somthing this young and never had one get sick so on that part I. New at it but raising them since a kid

One is sneezing today but she has a healthy appetite and drinking well no diarrhea or blood in poop beak is wet and sounds congested

There are several common respiratory diseases in chickens that cause sneezing and runny nose. Infectious bronchitis is a virus and is the most common one. Mycoplasma or MG can cause those symptoms in mild strains, and more serious symptoms in more serious strains. MG can be treated with Tylan or oxytetracycline in the water.

Well there both eating and drinking the sneezing and wet beak is slowing Dow I started them on selmet and vetrx vapor rub for chickens this morning there doing incredible both are doing well in wondering if the little one was being hen pecked to much she is happy eating drinking so far so good

Sulmet can be good for coccidiosis and for some respiratory diseases, such as coryza. It can be hard on them, especially the kidneys. After finishing treatment, be sure to give some plain yogurt or probiotics, and a few days of poultry vitamins to get their gut bacteria in order and to replace lost vitamins. Something like Rooster Booster Vitamins with Probiotics will contain all of those.

all I can say is thank you there both doing remarkable great one still gets a little runny beak no coughing sneezing no rattles anymore the other is putting on weight and both are full of energy I had them on the meds for 3 days I've had them separate from the other 14 and none of them are sick I dont know when to introduce them again they have been seperate this Saturday will make 2 weeks they wouldn't drink the water with vitamins so I've done all I can and they are doing the best id like to upload a picture but it says loaded and I never can see it thanks ray

Since they have been separated for 2 weeks, there may be some pecking when you reintroduce them. Use caution, and try to be present for a few hours when they are getting back together as a flock. It's good they are better. Keep in mind with respiratory diseases, many of them can make your flock carriers. Most people will close their flocks for that reason.
