BUFF BRAHMA ROO --- I will deliver TomTom to a good farm within an hours drive or so where he can be happy and run free and be given a chance to thrive.  He has too much rooster competition in my yard and I don't like keeping him caged for half the day.  He has started pulling feathers out of his feet.  He is my only rooster that actually crows as the sun comes over the ridge... the others crow whenever my husband wakes them when he takes the puppy outside at 4:30am... I love TomTom and want the best for him but my coop manager is a little cochin that gets along with all the other chickens and treats them nice.  TomTom is still maturing and I haven't given him his own lady (well I thought I did until she/he broke out in crowing yesterday)... my white silkie who followed TomTom around everywhere and ran under him like a turntable whenever he was outside... I don't get it.  Anyways, here is Tom's pic.  His spurs are not in yet.

BANTAM COCHINS - My "Little boys" I called them from the time they were hatched.  they did everything together.  They were never apart until recently when I found them fighting and now they cannot be together without fighting.  I suppose that happens.  I also call them my roundup rangers... maybe they haven't been socialized properly... but since the time they were born they were roadrunners and would railroad the newborns but they were comedians and they always made me laugh so I separated them from the others and played with them separately.  they would climb into my hands and I would rock them and they would climb on my shoulders while I put the others to bed or did chickie chores.  Now I have to let them have their own outdoor time.  My coop manager is a cochin and I think these guys would fit in somehow but I am not experienced as a cochin breeder... I can tell you every day they are hand held and picked up and told I love them and that mommy loves them and if Frick (their names are Frick and Frack) scuttles me I pick him up and tell him again until he stops when I put him down.  I love the little guys but it is not fair for them to have so little outside time.  I usually let them run in the pen or have morning time out for a few hours each before I let the others out and they have to go back.  They have window seats and don't appear to mind watching everyone else go about their business, but it bothers me that they can't be out like the others, so I am rehoming them to a loving home.
