Free Homing Pigeon

Showed up at our fire station. We contacted the owner (in another state) who does not want the bird back. We have chickens and quail and don't feel qualified to care for this guy. Located in Northeast Ohio. Free to a good home.

Some days you just have to put on the hat and remind them who they are dealing with. Release the flying monkies!

Well if you can figure a way for us to get him to you, you can have him.  He is a young bird.  I would love to keep him but know I do not have the time to devote to him that he deserves.  And just so you know I am referring to him as a "him" but I really do not know what sex "he" is.

Really the only thing I can think of is to ship him hmm.png not sure how much that would cost but if it were reasonable, I would be willing to foot the bill or something.

If that doesn't work out I know a guy in Illinois/Indiana that races them he might take him in

I found a local bird rescue here in Ohio that took him.  Thank you both for offering to help.
