Electrolyte and fluid imbalance can cause neurological symptoms that can resemble Mareks disease symptoms. I would get some Poultry Nutri-Drench or Poultry Cell vitamins with minerals that also contain minerals and amino acids, and give her 3 ml by mouth every day. Rooster Booster Vitamins with Lactobacillus or Poultry Booster can also be used instead according to the labels. Provide clean water, and try to get her to drink. Feed her some chopped egg or tuna/salmon daily for extra protein. Consider using Flock Raiser or game bird feed which are higher in protein during the molt. Molting can be a time of great stress for some birds especially if they have an underlying problem or not well nourished.

Yes, the molt is a time of stress and can be very probelmatic if the weather suddenly gets too cold, too wet or when worms or other parasides weaken the condition of a bird, so take Eggcessives advice and boost the food with vitamins and protein and try to find out if worms a problem. Often young birds or birds on the bottom of the pecking order only alowed to eat the leftovers of the higher ranking birds, that sometimes means that they not only get the not that tasty stuff, they often get the rest with lower protein and calories. As long as they have all the fluff, the problem is not easy to spot. So bringing her indoors and feed her seperate can be a good idea. I wouldn't recommend to give chemical dewormer to a ill bird. Carrot shredds/juice can help when she has unwanted loggers in her gut. And check her feathers for the little vampires that often bother our birds.
