Help extremly skinny and weak silkie hen

Please help my silkie hen is weak and extremely skinny I have no idea what to do. I need some advice from what I know her poop is normal and her flock is amde up of silkies. I really need help if you know what's going on with her let:( me know. sad.png

Post a picture if you can and list any possible symptoms as well as the bird's age and diet.  Check for raspy breathing, nasal discharge, abrasions or bite marks, parasites-as well as anything else you can think of.

I cant post a pick but I can list her symtoms. Right now she eats yogart because shes sick but she usally eats layer pellets. She was the first hen in my flock.

1. Skinny
2. Weak
3. Wont eat/drink
4. Just sleeps
5. No energy
6. 2 yrs

Shes doin a lot better shes perked up and will walk around and look for bug. I think she might have round worms. Any remides?

You will need to worm her. SafeGuard Liquid Goat wormer and equine paste, and Panacur equine paste dosage is 1/2 ml orally per bird, and it is to be given directly into the beak and swallowed. The dose is repeated in 10 days. It can also be given on a small piece of bread. It does not mix well with water or food, and is not meant to be used that way. Valbazen is another good wormer and dosage is 1/2 ml orally, and repeated in 10 days.
