My new hen does not want to come out the coop!

My Production Red is a new member to our flock and just recently I let them roam around early in the morning these past few days, all of my chickens quickly run out excited to be let out. The new hen just peeks her head but then goes onto her business in the coop. I don't want to force her out if she does not want to but I want to encourage her. Is this just her getting accustomed to her new coop? P.S she does not seem stressed she was welcomed by the other chickens with no problem.
 
Give her a little time. It's a great big, strange world out there in addition to getting used to new flock mates and surroundings. Chickens, like this old lady, don't do sudden changes very well.

Thank you, my desperation is probably the reason why I can't wait to see her roam and to soon lay eggs!
