Not sure about the black and white one...or this black hen

Black hen could be an Australorp or a Jersey Giant. Check the bottom of the feet; Jersey Giants will have yellow feet, and Australorps white.

Silver/black rooster is a mixed breed:

Copper/black rooster does look like a Black Copper Marans cockerel.
