I have a small rooster that got fowl pox and got an infection in the eyes I got antibiotics and all that stuff and the scabs just got off his eyes but I don't know if its blind or not his eyes look fine but have lots of liquid inside can somebody tell me if it will be able to see

Blindness after a pox infection can be common if there is a bacterial secondary infection. I would try to flush his eyes with Vetericyn eye wash or eye gel. Consulting a vet if possible for antibiotic eye drops, which would be the best thing to do if available. Have a look at this article and scroll down the page to read about eye infections: http://www.thepoultrysite.com/publications/6/diseases-of-poultry/195/fowl-pox/
