Does anyone here actually have this permit? Or at least a good understanding of what is involved? I've been trying to find some more information on it but the only thing I can find that isn't legal jargon, is a FAQs sheet that really doesn't explain much.
My main question is, the facts sheet says there will be an initial inspection but what would they be looking for? Florida is so weird and often vague with their laws, it's hard to determine whether or not something is worth pursuing. At one point in time I wanted to make and sell body scrubs, when I called the state office that deals with cosmetics, they basically told me I would just have to pay for the permit and inspection to find out what was required because it's "up to the inspectors interpretation." Sometimes I really hate this state, not very homestead friendly. Anyway, any information would be greatly appreciated!
