can I grind fish heads and leftovers after Hubby fillets like bass ?

I baked the leftover two caraces of the two bass Hubby caught and filleted???
what a pain to take out every single tiny tiny bone...
so can I bake them and grind whole thing in my meat ginder? and or bake first then grind or grind than bake?
that grinder does a superb job.
Bought it to make Kitty kat home made food.. put in some skin and most bones of bought poultry thighs.... of course checked it out froze in patties for him... gave him raw or slightly cooked. like was suggested on cat websites...

I would worry about a bone sticking them even if it were ground up I would think it would still be super sharp and it won't be mush like the canned stuff. But I could be wrong.
