But be aware the term has been diluted and abused by so many hatcheries that the terms are honestly useless, you might not always get a green/blue gene carrying bird, but chances are good you will... If you get the bird from an independent breeder, that knows their stock they should be able to guarantee a green/blue or olive layer...
