Hello all!
I am new to owning my first flock. I got my first 4 babies this spring. They are about 6 months now, not yet laying but hoping it will happen any day now.
I have been reading a lot of the forums along the way but just now got an account! Woo!
I have 1 Cuckoo Maran, 1 Welsummer Pullet, 2 Ameraucanas. One of the Ameraucans I am having a hard time determining if it's a roo or hen. It's much leggier than the rest of them and has a longer thicker neck. Yet doesn't have any roo like qualities. I need some help determining. Will post a photo soon.
They are also housed with two awesome ducks. A beautiful blue Swedish male and a crested khaki Campbell female. They all live in harmony and the male duck protects them all. So cool to see them all huddle up and cuddle with eachother.
Anyway! Pics of the potential roo coming soon! Would love the help
