Beautiful birds, thank you for sharing. The one you are thinking is a cockerel, is it a silver spangled hamburg mix? The reason I ask is because I have some and the males usually tend to be much, much lighter that yours. Not to say it couldn't be a male, but I have never seen one this dark for a pure bred. I can see the red wattles and it certainly would be more of a given on another breed. I cant quite see the feathers in the tail, that would help guess, better. Either way it is a beautiful bird.

i was told its a ssh i dont know anything about them honestly i posted him in the breed section and they said ssh and a roo lol
