When will I see eggs?

I have 3 Prtridge Rocks, 2 Barnevelders, 4 Wellsummers and 2 Silver Cocoo Maran Hens. They are all almost 8m old. Shouldn't they lay eggs by now? Not a single egg out of them. They are all very beautiful ok, but if they don't lay eggs what profit out of them? Only for show? Does anybody have these breeds? When do they usually start laying. All my Leghorns started 2m ago, they are the same age.
 
No. Nothing. All my hens are in a very nice an quite place. They eat good, have fresh water and they are free range. All other breeds laying, except those 4 breeds.

Most birds start laying around 5-7 months old. For sure, the Partridge Rocks and Welsummers should have started laying since they are generally good egg layers. Is it possible they are hiding their eggs?
 
Do you free range?
If so, and the signs below are present, lock them in the coop for a week.

Signs of onset of lay---I've found the pelvic points to be the most accurate.
Squatting:
If you touch their back they will hunker down on the ground, then shake their tail feathers when they get back up.
This shows they are sexually mature and egg laying is close at hand.

Combs and Wattles:
Plump, shiny red - usually means laying.
Shriveled, dryish looking and pale - usually means not laying.
Tho I have found that the combs and wattles can look full and red one minute then pale back out the next due to exertion or excitement, can drive ya nuts when waiting for a pullet to lay!

2 bony points(pelvic bones) on either side of vent:
Less than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means not laying.
More than 2 fingertip widths apart usually means laying.
