Please help me figure out breed and sex on these little balls of fluff that grow extremely slow I have had them a month I do know the brown is a rooster I think its a rhode island red but idk its my first time

just added some pictures it did not load when i made the post apparently

Where did the chicks come from? hatchery or breeder?

I agree the little red and black bird is a rooster. He looks so tiny I'm thinking some type of bantam. No one else is screaming cockerel at this point.
 
With the feathered feet I'd say some kind of cochin(it certainly will shorten the list of possible breeds). Four weeks maybe be a little early to sex, I've got some 6 week old bantam cochins that are starting to get more pronounced reddish crests which will most likely be males.
