Hey there. So this boy had pretty ugly view on his legs, I guess he even dont walk 100% naturally.
Soup baths and all oil thing there would not help.
Few months ago I tried to clean his legs with warm soup water, even with mite 'killer' in water, I guess as we can see I just open some pores and there are these swellings.

There we are in full view.

Mites are definitely a pain and it takes awhile to get rid of. Then you have to wait till new scales grow in for pretty looking feet, which will happen if the mites are gone.

Have you tried soaking his feet in warm water with epson salt and using an old toothbrush to gently scrub his feet? After he's dried off, put Vaseline around effected areas and make sure there's none on the bottom so he doesn't slip off the roost. Vaseline needs to be reapplied every few days to smother remaining mites.
Also, have you treated the coop and run for mites?

have you tried vet rx it worked really will for my hens and it was better with in 4 days you just heat is up and really really coat it on there legs I used gloves and just lifted up the scales and just pored it all over those mites or you can feed it to them put then you have to use it in a syringe I found the rubbing it on is better and faster to use for my hens personally.

Castor oil works well, and does not need to be applied as often. It will heal and then it takes some time for the new scales to grow in. You should also treat your coop by spraying with permethrin and replacing with clean bedding. Hay and straw can harbor mites, so should be avoided.
