One of my 4 week old chicks has much wetter poo than the rest. It is not exactly runny but it is far from solid. It is sort of like wet oatmeal. It has consistently been like this since I got them. Her behavior is no different than the rest. She is active and, in fact, is probably the most alert and curious of the group (fingers crossed that it is not a roo).
They have been on medicated starter and I have introduced them to some outside time so they can build up tolerances.
Is it a concern?
