I've got 6 pullets about 14 weeks old I was wondering when it is okay to put them out with my older chickens?

You could probably put them in with the older birds now, as long as they are comparable in size. I usually put my young birds in with the adults around 12-14 weeks old.

Okay I've been letting them out during the day with them for a while now but only if I'm out there and today my new Dom rooster hurt one of my little sussexs legs now she is limping so I left them in there pin I'm thinking about putting them in a cage in the big coop
