What could this be? - Unsteady and Tripping

Hi peeps. I have a 4 year old Barred Rock that is acting very strange this morning. Her feathers are all puffed up( like she is trying to lay an egg) and walking very unstable. She even tripped a few times. She is eating and drinking but looks like she is drunk. I picked her up and checked her vent to see if maybe it was blocked and it was not. Any ideas on what this could be? I posted a video.

Did you feel her abdomen?  Has she been laying recently?  Her comb is nice and bright red, so I'd suspect possibly egg bound?  Did you open a new bag of feed recently?

Having an Icelandic in the coop is like having a 2 year old in the house - they are into everything and don't follow the rules.
