I can hear 'chirping' inside the incubator!

I m a proud father of 10 little chicks , and more on the way. All staggered hatch. I turn them about 3-4 time a day. I left alone the eggs that seem like it's going to be on it last few days before it hatches. They hatch about 2 at a time , the experience is unreal! I would like to give thanks to all those fellow chicken lovers that gave me input . Without your help I will be like a headless chicken. Lol .
 
I might be a little slow on the draw but I like using this video of chicks chirping. My last hatch I used this as soon as I started hearing the chirping and seen the rocking. More stated rocking and rolling quickly after that! Just a little tip for you :D
