So I got this rooster for free and he is about 16 weeks old give or take is it in fact a cream legbar

Nope, he's not a Cream Legbar- he looks like a handsome mixed breed to me.

Mixed breed.
Agreed, not a CCL....either mixed breed, or he could be a male Black Sex Link (which would still be mixed breed, just a commercial hybrid variety)

Oh I'm absolutely pleased with him as he is a gorgeous fella so I'm not too worried he was free
