Couple Questions about my Buff Orpington

I think one of her sisters accidentally pecked at her comb, because it's bleeding. Should I put a bandage over it, or let it scab and clean it up?
While examining her cut, I noticed she's losing feathers around her neck... Is that a molt? Or something else. Here's some pictures from both sides of the feather loss and the comb. All of my chickens are 13 months old, and she's the only one losing feathers.

She is probably getting her feathers pecked out by one of the other chickens. The bleeding comb will stop on it's own, and the blood will turn black leaving a mark until it heals. Nustock cream from a feed store can help with the feather picking applied to the skin. Blukote is also a disinfecting, antifungasl product which stains the bare spot blue, hiding the red bare skin. Is she low in the peckkng order? Do they get outside to free range and eat layer feed?

I have 3 other hens. But she's at the top of the pecking order. They arent free range, and they do eat layer feed.
 
I've done a bit of research about Buffs and they are usually at the bottom of the pecking order if you have other breeds. I have one buff and if I keep her in the run with the rest of my birds, they'll kill her. She's terrified of being in the coop and won't eat or drink when in there. So I put her in after dark and take her out first thing in the morning during the cold months of the year and she still gets pecked up a bit. The rest of the year she lives anywhere she wants. My chickens have a 8x8x6 insulated coop, 24x8x6 run and 150x100 fenced wooded yard.
