will she do ok through the winter?

I have a "petite" polish girl who is always 1st to go to bed and sometimes doesn't come out of the coop till 10am or if I kick her out??

she's 6 months..not laying yet (no signs either)

I'm concerned she won't do well this winter : (

anyone else have this issue??

lover her she's so cuddly and loves to be held!!

thanks

Michelle

I've raised lots of Polish over the years, and as long as her coop is dry, draft free, and well ventilated to keep moisture from building up inside of it, she should be fine. Feathers are wonderful insulators and moisture is a much greater danger than cold is.
