They both look like cockerels now, especially Candy. Silkie girls usually have combs that you have to squint to see, they are so small.

Here is an update they were all roosters but we swapped 3 for hens so now we have a Silkie rooster a welsummer pullet a silver laced Wyandotte pullet and a Belgian D'uccle pullet. Candy our silkie rooster is very excited and has been trying to mate with our welsummer or at least I think so he grabs the neck feathers and pulls them is that him trying to mate? He is 18 weeks old and they are 15-17 weeks!!
