I replied on the emergency post...putting the little dumpling down was the best thing you could've done for him...I'm sorry for your loss.

Thank you for everyone's well wishes.  i just had another hatch with the same problem.  This is so heartwrenching.  The only bright spot are the four little peepers in the brooder.  The little one who did not absorb his whole yolk sac is actually doing fine. 

This is one very large, and in my face, life lesson.

The yolk sacks will absorb just leave them alone and it should absorb.  Good luck!

Newborns chick has male defects. Vet will not do anything but put them down. How do I help it here how do you push it back inside.

Intestines our outside the body. We had these repeatedly. We had uthanized and they have died from it.

We have three meters one on top and two on bottom it not the temp nor is it the humity. Chick was to early for ours. And it's happened at late stage and middle stage also at lock down
