Coupon Code on Store Orders

I'm trying to order something in the BYC Store using a coupon code but I can't find where the code is supposed to be typed in. Can anyone point out where the code is supposed to be entered (probably someplace very obvious I'm sure, lol).

Thanks Terri, I got the code entered based on your link. That helped!

Now I'm stuck with this warning message:
Step 4: Delivery Method

Warning: Shipping method required!×
Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.
Weight Based Shipping
US Shipping (Weight: 0.00lb) - $0.00

The US Shipping was already selected as a default so what else do I have to do with the shipping method requirement? It won't let me continue the check out process.

Tried again and I'm still getting stuck on the delivery method warning "Shipping method required". I can't mark anything, the system already defaults to US Shipping so how do I get past the warning?
 
@terrielacy can you please help me with this order?

I've tried again this morning to use my coupon to order a 2016 chicken calendar but I can't get past the error that pops up that says "Warning: Shipping method required!"

Yesterday morning I was able to place an order (without a coupon) just fine, no problems. But every time I've tried to place another order using my coupon code, I get that same warning and can't get my 2nd order in.

How do I get past the warning so I can use my coupon on my order?

P.S. Happy Halloween!
