Altadena/Pasadena - Polish Cockerel needs new home

Hello all,
I am very sad writing this. I have a White Crested Black Polish cockerel that I raised from day old chick. His name is Julio. He is handsome, playful and mischievous. He is not mean or aggressive. As the flock of 4 grew up, he got attacked by the girls. I found and rescued him 3x before I finally decided to keep him separated from the girls. 3x he got bloody head.... I nurshed him back to health, he likes to play outside and since I have my own business, I am able to take Julio to my work. He is put in a huge dog cage, plenty of space to entertain himself. Plus he sees a lot of people everyday. I just tried to put him back to the coop......the next morning his head was gushing again. Before he goes bald again, i put him back to dog cage at work. He comes home with me and stays inside my house in a little cage in our spare room.
My selfishness wants to keep him forever this way. He can be a lap chicken...he is gentle. But although he doesn't seem mind going to work and going home to a small cage, He probably wants to play with other chicken. His friends are humans! He just needs to be a chicken!
I am soooooooo attached to Julio, so are my children, so are my employees!!! But I must be considerate to his happiness.
This is Julio:

I really want the new adopted parent to be loving and caring for Julio, and promise to never cull him. If you are not happy with Julio, please return him to me before you do anything.
My heart is so heavy to see him go. I am even still feeling so torn. I just don't know how to make those girls like Julio.... They really like the other cockerel! Why they only attack Julio????
If there is a solution, by all means I really want to keep him. Anti-pecking lotion just did not work.
I will only do pick up, not ship. And I want to speak with you first before you take Julio.
I really really love Julio.

Frequently Polish in mixed flocks have their crests plucked out.  Any possibility of getting some Polish girls for Julio?
