Hen or Roo?? About 20 weeks old. Marans mix.

Any idea if this is a hen or rooster?? No crowing, no Spurs, and it has not mounted any of the girls. Should be right around 20 weeks. Also, any idea what breed this is?? I was told it was a blue copper marans that was mixed with "something".

Most cockerels begin crowing from 4-5 months, but occasionally one will take considerably longer, and on rare occasions it can be nearly a year.
