Aussie coop and run - from build to chooks

@Stimpster
   Very nice, you have done a great job, thanks for the pics.

Thanks sunflour. The whole family is really enjoying having the chooks. It's great to sit outside and watch them and hear them 'talk' to you.

They are so entertaining and IMO that is even better than the eggs

Dumb question, are those kangaroos in your photos yours or do they pass thru your yard - like deer do here?

Ahh..... new chickens already laying and roaming and spring weather!!

When I saw the kangaroos, my first thought was wonder if they can be as destructive to gardens as deer here can be?

They are so entertaining. Hilarious to watch run around.

Those are kangaroos in the yard. We are semi rural where we are. It's great to wake up and open the back of the house in the morning. We get to sit there having breakky and watch them.

They take off in the day time but come back in the arvo.

They can be a little destructive but no too bad.
We haven't caught them yet, but something has been eating the strawberries and roses. And that was before the chooks. Either roos or bilbys. We have bilbys too.
