You should be able to get it done for the same price with their equipment.
If you're wearing out your equipment, why pay for the privilege?

Landscaper charges $50, uses their equipment.

Needs a new deck and dry rotted fuel line/hose/thingy.

Okay...that makes sense, then. What kind of mower? You have time to mow yourself if the mower was working?

Can you use cardboard egg cartons&turn them yourself? Or lay them on their sides inside the incubater.
Don't panic at least you can sleep,recharge&start over tomorrow fresh.
