Glitches galore. I will check in tomorrow, hopefully late and later arrive tonight, unless they have a glitch too.

One of my eggs piped while I was at work! But....it piped at the wrong end? I didn't thing that was possible...?

Malposition. Just keep an eye on it and assist only if necessary. I had 5 chicks that pipped in the middle of the egg sides, and they all made it out just fine... but I did open the shell and membrane just a tiny bit to be sure they were getting fresh air.

My Pops just got into a really bad accident tonight while coming to bring me the rest of my hatching eggs and do dinner for my birthday. The ambulance told him he should stay, but he left anyways to come have dinner. He's hurting pretty bad, & I honestly suspect he has a concussion. Hopefully mom makes him go to the doctor tomorrow. My hatching eggs were plastered all over his jeans. So I guess that's that. Please pray for my dad, he's not the best at following advice when it comes to taking care of himself.

Egg update: the one that was half blood ring half veins completely died and I removed it. Since two were stolen I replaced them since staggered hatches are so much fun lol but I want as many babies from baby as I can get and set I only have one of her and only get two sometimes three eggs a week and she just started to lay for me so I'm working with what I have.

Prayers. Being a man not taking care of himself, I understand. IF there is a chance he has a concussion, please make sure someone wakes him and makes sure her is coherent every hour or two for 24 hours! It is possible for a person to develop a brain bleed. I've had several concussions over the years. I am not a medical professional. I'm not saying this to scare you, is are very good it isn't major, but on the slight chance it is, rather be safe.

By the way. You folks are weird. Right up my alley!

But all this talk about hatching makes me want to fire up the incubator! I'll wait for the albinos to come into lay. I promise. Wait, there is no one here to stop me!
