I like the idea of being able to back screws out to fix what I screwed up in the first place.

Yes cement. The operator runs the pump and hose from a joy stick. Amazing to watch. You would not want to upset the operator as with one flick of the switch he could fill your truck with concrete

The fermenter is cone shaped. It does well but has one small design flaw in that you can't use the drain to drain it if you use the stand as made. Minor for me too fix but for the price it should have been tested better.
