CH, run to the local drug store and grab another thermometer! It's important to have the brooder at 90-95F before the chicks go in so they don't get a chill.

Well that was real brainiac

When can I take them out

It's ok to leave them in there until everyone is done hatching. No need to get them out right away.
Like lots of your new friends here said, If you open with others pipped you could shrink wrap them. AND Since you've had issues with your temps you should not risk opening it now! It could drop quite a bit getting all those babies out. Then you would have temp and humidity problem.

I was just trying to get CH to leave for a little while to relieve some of the tension... lol!

Actually CH, just wait until the last chick hatches, then quickly slip one of the thermometers out. Leave the chicks in the bator while you check the temp in the brooder. By the time the last chick has dried and fuzzed out, you should have the temp in the brooder just right. K?

Ok well on that is dried that hatched yesterday,I think is bow legged because it can't walk and it is being squashed by the others

If there is a weak one in the bunch it could just as easily happen in the brooder. It has nothing to do with leaving it in the incubator. They're going to climb all over each other the first day, until they get their coordination and balance...
