Oh my goodness. WHY does it have to be this hatch, the breeds I especially wanted???

I just checked on the chicks. The two older guineas had sat on the MHP and pushed it down. Zeta, the lavender keet, and Enya were under it. Zeta is dead, Enya was near the edge so I think she's okay, and the keet is on my lap after getting rinsed to cool her off quickly... I cannot belive how much is happening to these babies!
oh sweets so sad sorry

Both these bantam were bought from TSC. Both i think to be cockerels. Does any one know what breed they might be? No crowing yet but the colors abd feathering......

No clue Lona,
@MotorcycleChick . Thank you for your help last night. The little chick didn't make it. I just finished getting it out of shell. It's head was completely in the wrong place and it's brain exposed

. Sad.
oh Heather sorry about the chick

But then you would have Banti fried nuggets

I'd be more concerned about the chicks. :p

I have not addressed the veining. That is normal. I assume it is just the imprint of the veins from before the skin and feathers grew over them.
The inside of the shell is going to look like it has veins in it.

MC, that was SO nice of you to stay up and help!!!! :hugs

Thank you!
