It comes with a sensor on a long cord. That cord also gets wired into the back and you put it inside the incubator. The heating element is also inside with it's power cord going out to the STC-1000. The 2 leads from the element go:Maybe this is a stupid question and it probably is because I don't have the thing right in front of me. How does this unit control the temps?
