I believe the whole world is crazy, except me & thee, and I'm having serious doubts about thee
I believe that you may be correct about thee but not me or was it me and not thee?

Sir Joseph!  Thank God you dodged the bullet last night; I couldn't wait to get home to see how you made out.
I'm happy to report dodged it once again, but it was kind of weird... we had a late cell show up around 11 pm with very high winds and hail. It blew through quickly, but I was surprised because I thought everything had cleared out by 8 pm. Mother Nature reminds me of Sally... she does whut she wants! :lau

That chick knows what it's doing. If it's meant to hatch, it will.

The downward facing egg started zipping around 1:30 - 2:00am it has gone almost halfway it's still moving I see it's beak come in and out.

We had a 2nd egg start zipping around 3am and now....we have a chick!!! So cute!

I am worried about the one that isn't out of it's shell yet. Hoping it will work it's way out.

This is the egg that's still zipping!

I think zipping should be a fairly quick process

Sure looks that way. I want to wait long enough to be sure they're all Tucker's & not leftovers from his predecessor, though. Never did get an answer as to how long that takes. You know? I'm thinking 3 weeks

3-4 weeks and you should be good to go :)

I lost 2 horses to lightning about 10-12 years ago. They were in an open field, no trees. Lightning ran under the road & up through their legs. The older gelding was wearing a calf collar'cause he wouldn't keep a halter on, and my spotted filly had a halter. They dropped where they fell. That devastated me so much that I got out o field trials & out of horses. Never have totally gotten over it.

That would be so heartbreaking :( I'm so sorry it happened to you. I love horses and I'm still dreaming about the day when I'll have enough land to have one.
