I'm busy with so much of everything, it's just not funny anymore! I have not seen or had any trouble with the cougar since the LGD dog chased him over the hill. The gov trapper has a trap out for one causing problems about 7 miles away, up on the mountain. So quite possibly the same one. I would like to get some of these little Seramas out of the house! The weather has been all over the place! We've had tornado strength winds the last two nights.
I think your right in that being the same cat. They are supposed to have a 25 mile radius or is it diameter as their territory. Awesome on the dog doing his job and not getting hurt
Wind and rain has been very strong here as well. Six inches in a little over a week.
It rained hard here a couple nights ago, but mostly wind. We still need more rain.
Yeah, there are other cats that we know of in this area, but most keep to themselves. There are plenty of deer in the area right now too. No great reason for that one to be after easy food. I keep the dog close at night so hopefully if it does come down to an actual fight, I will be there to help the dog.
Here she is. About 140 pounds and a few inches taller than my Dobies.
