In that you are very lucky. A few years back a tornado went through the center of our town and destroyed much of it. We were lucky-the day it hit was a holiday and every store was closed. Buildings were flattened but not a single person was killed.

Yay yay yay. The chick that I tryed helping to early and bleed like a lot.it hatched yesterday on its own.and is now Dr yes of and under mom with the other two.doing great
There were some of those last night near here, and one actually on the ground in Tulsa, OK. Thankfully, the storm weakened before it got a bit further NE to NY area. We just had watches and one warning of rotation on radar.
Often because the membrane dries to the chick and the chick is no longer able to turn and finish zipping.
