Morning, everyone! Very bright full moon here, up high before dawn, so it's been an early morning, crowing-wise.
Cooked. (It was also brined for several days while resting.) Love the skin on Naked Necks - just bake it, and it comes out like you deep fried it.
Why the comma after I? Is it for emphasis? Why no spaces after periods and commas? Why no capitalization leading a sentence?
CH, I'm not a mind reader, but don't believe ChickenCanoe is trying to be mean to you, so don't ignore him when he patiently points out the errors in your posts. Many times a person's intelligence is judged (whether fairly or not) by the quality of their writing. Writing well is a valuable skill to have. If you read a lot (books, short stories, etc. - many are available for free online, or you can go to the library), it can help reinforce this in your head more easily than trying to just remember grammar rules.
The above sentence should read: "I know what I'm doing. I have had her since she was a day old. She allows me to check on them and her."
Just trying to help you.
Yes, unfortunately I did hear about that, and have been thinking of you.
Only 40? You sure you don't mean 400?
40 don't even qualify as behind; the post count could jump that much in the time it's taken to type this post
I miss 40 when I get up to go to the bathroom...
Duckling let me know yesterday that this cold (allergies or whatever) has moved to her ears. She is still asleep, but keeps crying out. I will have to leave in a hurry if she wakes wailing (Good grief I feel so bad, I am tearing up!). So here is everyone's coffee and an extra bag if needed.
So sorry Duckling isn't feeling well, but glad it seems to not be too bad.
