I have one surviving member of the newest brood my chook hatched.

Dam: BB red oegb
Sire: barred oegb (silver diluted)

There were four offspring: one was very red, one was golden, one was barred, and then there's this one.....

It's got the wild type color pattern but it had a black collar. Now that it's beginning to feather out, it has a striped tail but still has its wild type coloring.

Is this a crele or....... What?

Adorable chick! Some of my patridge patterned chicks grow up to loose that pattern, including my Speckled Sussex hen (who became speckled) so it may possibly change in the future. I guess all we can do is wait and see. I would love for updates!

By silver diluted, do you mean that the barring was blue? You can't really dilute silver since it's the white base color that the black pattern is applied to.
If the rooster was pure for barring (both of his parents were barred) then all of his chicks should have been barred. Since that's not the case, he's hiding other patterns in his genes.
Your chick will likely end being a silver wild type partridge color. If he was barred or crele, you would be able to see the white head spot indicating barring.
 
The rooster is 50% barred and about 25-50% silver duckwing. The silver duckwing that was his father appeared to have some gold--not sure how much, but definitely not a pure silver.

So a crele will have a spot like regular barred? Got it, thanks!

I'm really curious to see how it turns out!

That gold would be considered "leakage". It usually means that something else was bred into the line at some point.

Hi guys! I thought I'd leave a few update pictures of the chicken in the subject. Can anyone actually identify what this color is?? She's not like my silver DW hen who is dark grey on her back, with a light head and brown breast. She is light grey with a dark head and fawn breast with white striped feathers around her neck
 
Thanks! Wasn't sure if there was any color pattern I could call this by other than "the sorta grey-black one with the little spots" lol :)
 
Often when you cross two patterns you end up with tweeners, birds that show some characteristics of both patterns. Being of mixed genetics, there can be considerable variance in looks, especially in the offspring when using these tweeners as breeders. While these mixed patterned birds may produce some interesting colors/patterns, it can be very difficult, to impossible to reproduce the look reliably.
