i have a electric net for my coop that runs off a solar box with alligator clips.  can i run lights from that for my coop?  i feel like i need some detailed instructions on how to make a solar powered system for lights if i can't use this somehow...

If your solar powered box utilizes a battery, then why not?

Just make sure the voltage is the same, lights and battery.

May want to consider total draw on the system, or you can defeat the electric netting.
